Exchange & Return Policy – Fitaark

You have 24 hours from the date of purchase to request a return, and 7 additional days for the product to reach us.

Innerwear is non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Please mention your concern and ORDER ID in the subject line when contacting us.

All approved returns will be issued as store credit within 5–6 working days of receiving the product.

A return/exchange handling fee of ₹50–₹100 will apply.

Returned products must be in the same condition as shipped. Used, damaged, or worn products will not be eligible for return/refund.

Customers must record a video while handing over the product to the delivery agent to ensure authenticity. If we receive any product other than the original, the refund will not be processed.

An email confirmation will be sent once we receive your returned product.

A quality check will be carried out before approval.

If approved, a store credit code will be issued within 2–10 working days, which can be used for your next Fitaark purchase.

Exchange orders will incur additional shipping charges.

Clearance sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, and will have a nominal shipping fee.

Every return is securely verified through our unboxing videos to ensure products are received in original condition. We reserve the right to reject returns if products are used or tampered with.
Delivery Information

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur a reshipping fee.

Once delivered to the correct address, Fitaark is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
